Questions before you begin?

The interest survey helps us make the big decisions before anyone is asked to commit money.

Is the trip happening when the countdown reaches zero?

No. The countdown is only for the September 1, 2026 interest-survey deadline. The family will choose the actual 2027 trip dates afterward.

Does completing the survey commit us to the trip?

No. It only tells the planning team what may work for your household. Pricing and cancellation rules will be shared before deposits.

Should every traveler complete a survey?

No. Please submit one response per household through the adult who will serve as the main contact.

Do we need passports now?

Not to complete the survey. We are collecting passport readiness so the planning team can provide the right reminders and lead time.

Will everyone have to attend every event?

The plan is to have only a few signature family events. Most excursions and free-time activities will be optional.

What happens after September 1?

The planning team will summarize the responses, identify the strongest date and home-base options, and send the family the next vote.
